Reinemund Family Conference Room
MAIN LEVEL
The 3,840-square-foot Reinemund Family Conference Room is the Fluegel Alumni Center’s largest indoor event space. The room accommodates up to 240 guests for a seated dinner, 350 guests for a standing reception, 300 theater-style, and 100 guests in a classroom setup. Rental of the Reinemund Room includes use of the Wine Room pre-function space, as well as the Stollmeyer and Semper Fi Decks, which overlook scenic College Creek and the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Fluegel Alumni Center.

ADM Robert J. Natter ‘67 and Family Fleet and Marine Forces Conference Room
UPPER LEVEL
The ADM Robert J. Natter ’67 and Family Fleet and Marine Forces Conference Room is a 2,076-square-foot event space that can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated dinner, 150 guests for a standing reception, and 150 guests in a theater-style setup. Rental of the space includes access to the Lautrup Pre-Function Area and the Navy Crew Deck, which features stunning views of the U.S. Naval Academy, Historic Annapolis, and College Creek, providing a beautiful waterfront setting for any event.

Blue & Gold Bar
MULTIPURPOSE ROOM
The Blue & Gold Bar is located on the building’s ground level, and features 2025 square feet of welcoming and flexible event space and sweeping views of the Fluegel Alumni Center Grounds and College Creek. The room includes tables and chairs and can accommodate up to 90 people for a reception or 60 for a seated dinner. Included in the bar rental is the adjacent, 900 square foot Class of 1979 Terrace.

Bastian Directors Conference Room

This exclusive executive board room is 1,760 square feet and can seat up to 25 people, with an 18-person conference table. Adjacent spaces include access to the 1,200-square-foot Lautrup Pre-Function Room and direct access to the exterior Navy Crew Deck.

Waldrop & Festa Family Conference Rooms
UPPER LEVEL
These twin rooms are 270 square feet each and can seat up to 10 people, with a 10-person conference table. Both provide convenient access to the 1,200-square-foot Lautrup Pre-Function Room, which is also available on a case-by-case basis.

Outdoor Terraces & Entertainment Spaces
OUTSIDE
The Fluegel Alumni Center offers over 10,000 square feet of outdoor terraces and entertainment spaces with exclusive water views of College Creek, the Naval Academy, and downtown Annapolis. The Young and Sullivan Family Terraces face College Creek, the Class of 1979 Terrace adjoins the Blue & Gold Bar, and the Class of ’69 Event Patio faces the Naval Academy. Add a tent for weddings, reunions, and outdoor receptions.
